Big Russ makes four flavors of beer cheese, and honestly, we can't pick a favorite either. So we packed one of each into the Tryout Pack and we're letting you decide. Here's what you're working with:

Habanero — The bold one. Real habanero heat for the people who think "hot" wasn't hot enough. Consider yourself warned.

Our Family Recipe
This must have favorite can be used as a dip, spread, or a creative cooking ingredient. It can spice up any burger, nacho, pizza, chip, or veggie. We start with an award winning sharp aged cheddar from Wisconsin. Then, beer is added to provide flavor and texture, as well as a variety of spices. We at Big Russ pride ourselves on only using “real ” ingredients! We are not a cheese food or processed cheese. We use real cheese, real beer, and real spices! This of course makes Big Russ, real good!
