Beer Cheese Potato Skins

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

6 each Potato Halves, Baked, Center Removed, Frozen
9oz Big Russ Premium Beer Cheese
1/3 cup Cooked Bacon Pieces
1 tbsp Chives, chopped

PROCEDURE

Heat deep fryer to 350 degrees. Fry the potato halves for 3 minutes or until heated to 165 degrees and golden brown. Remove from fryer and drain. Place 1/4oz of Big Russ Premium Beer Cheese in each cooked potato half. Top with 1 tbsp of cooked bacon pieces per each half. Place under a broiler or salamander until the cheese is melted. Place on serving plate and serve with sour cream. Top with 1 tbsp of chives.
