WHAT YOU’LL NEED
4 oz Rotel
3 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
6 oz Big Russ Premium Beer Cheese
3 oz Crawfish Trail Meat, cooked and chopped
PROCEDURE
Combine the cream cheese, Rotel, and Beer Cheese. Stir to combine well. Place in a small crock and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave again for another 40 seconds or until hot throughout. Meanwhile, microwave or sauté Crawfish meat for 30 seconds or until hot. Combine hot crawfish with the hot dip and stir to combine well. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture and place under the broiler until the parmesan begins to brown. Serve with your choice of serving option.
